Hello 3FC readers,
I have lost about 6lbs on my new weight loss journey and I working towards 65 more. My obstacle is that I travel for work. I just returned from Africa, and I am now spending a few days in the US.
I can't bring fruit and veggies across all border (they confiscated my banana in Africa) and so I am looking for ideas on how to stay in balance and in moderation while globe trotting.
I purchase water when I can (ack, the liquid plane rules are necessary but frustrating). I also bring protein bars, which can act as meal replacements and seem to make it across without any issue. I am also thinking of packing some dry cereal as well.
If you have any ideas, I would appreciate the support!
