Hey guys,
I am starting south beach in the morning..sept 22. I have to lose this weight before it gets out of hand. It would be great to share experiences, recipes, and support with others. I plan to post my starting weight and measurements tomorrow...along with my daily exercise and menu. Join me in my journey.:hug:
