Total Points: 21.5 planned so far

Don't faint Peggy - I'm back! Time to start journaling for all to see ~ and please, if you think I am doing something wrong, or need to do something different, please do let me know what you think! I need help!

Dinner 3/25

1 - 6 oz Omaha steak (7 pts)
1/2 cup Healthy Choice vanilla ice cream (2 pts)

Breakfast 3/26

2 slices multi-grain toast (5 pts)
2 tbsp strawberry jam (2 pts)
1 cup Chai tea (2 pts)

Lunch 3/26

1 slice spinach pie (4 pts)


Total: 22 pts
Water: 12 glasses (96 oz)

I changed the journal dates when you were gone to coincide with my WI, but will change back starting Thurs.

Also a session with the PFT this afternoon, so I'm hoping that I will be losing weight this week.
