I just am kind of lost in this forum but would love to make some friends that I can and have to be accountable to for my diet and exercise!! Welcome Elizabeth!
There are a lot of places to meet people! Can you tell us a little more about yourself so we can suggest some places to try?
There are threads related to your age (20's, 30's, etc.), how much wieght you have to lose (just a little, over 100, etc.), how you like to exercise (running, etc.), how you like to eat (weight watchers, south beach diet, calorie counting, etc.), and lots more.
Tell us more about you and we can give you some links to threads.

Well, I am 34, I walk to exercise , I am on the south beach diet! I would like to loose 50 pds. WHat else is needed to fins a place for me to fit??? And thank you very much !!!

Hi Elizabeth, and welcome! I'm sure you'd be welcome in any of the forums, but here are a couple of suggestions.

The Reluctant Exercisers Support Group (Misc Support Groups) - If you don't love exercise, but are doing it anyway, this is the group for you.

June Walk/Run Challenge (Exercise) - Here you'll set a monthly goal (miles) for yourself and post your progress throughout the month.

The Thirty Somethings forum would probably be good, as would the South Beach. I'm 20 something and Atkins myself, but I'm sure the other groups are equally supportive.
