Default Low Carb weigh in Friday, May 3rd!

My weight today is 200 pounds!!!

That is a 7 pound loss from last week!

I hope my appetite never returns!!!!!!

I did weigh myself on thursday afternoon it was a whopping 180.5. I will have an official weigh in day when i do my group meetings which will be on tuesdays from now on. I am still up 10 lbs. from my easter meld down. I have to accept that it is fat!!!

so to remain accountable i will post my weigh ins. i wish i did not then i could hide it but i have to be honest with my self.

Great job with the loss melody!!!

Back to 304 when I got so massively stuck for months on end and then regained! As of Saturday today I am down two more pounds so as of today
I weigh 302!!!!!!!!! Yes I am bouncing off th walls!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you wish I had a little emotion!Ha Ha Ha!
