OK, it's my turn to start the Food Journal thread. This must truly be my week.

Thursday, January 31, 2002

Breakfast:
toast 1 pt.
jam .5 pt.
coffee 1 pt.

Lunch (I was really bad):
1/2 beef sandwich 4 pt.
1/4 egg salad sandwich 4 pt.
1/4 turkey sandwich w cheese 4.5 pt.
1 small beef bun w cheese 4.5 pt.
1 double chocolate cookie 3.5 pt.
veggies 0 pt.
dip 1.5 pt.
coffee 1 pt.

Supper: (gonna be bad here, too)
pizza 14 pt.

Total Points: 39.5 points

I knew this would be bad, but there is still plenty of time to re-coup before WI on Monday. The only problem is that it is that time of month, so my weight promises to be higher this week. Oh dear!!!

Missed my meeting today because of the snow storm but weighed on my scale which is right on with the WW scale and I was down a lb! Yippee! Going to really get strick and try for 2 lbs next WI. What do ya think - can I do it?

CJ - Great that you lost the pound. This week, for sure you have to get below the 170 mark. It's just been too long that you have been struggling with that. You can do it. Hoping the best...
