Mine is to reach my Ultmate goal of #130. - in little bites of course That's why we have mini goals!
Also - to be more directed and determined at work - I've been pretty scattered since I switched departments - and It's my job to get this one into shape and make it run smoothly!

Here's my plan-
Here's my plan for the New Year-
1. keep a food journal- try to stay under 1400 calories
2. do 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week
3. do strength training 3 times a week
4. weight in everyday but only change my tracker on Sunday
5. yoga video at least once a week
6. reassess fitness plan at the end of each month

THE END GOAL IS 120

Happy New Year, Ladies!

My BIGGEST resolution is to remain CONSISTENT. This is a big one for me! My goals are to stay "on plan," lose the weight (122 lbs.), and most of all, inherit the notion that this is for life!!!

Hi everyone! I'm new to ww! My name is Lisa, I've got two little ones (6 & 3). I'm a wahm, which is tough working next to my kitchen! We just moved to FL from MA and I want to finally get these lbs off!! I'm 4'9" so pretty dang short!

Jan goals are to stay on plan, and see a loss!

Lillisa81--I think you are our shortest so far ! Your height highlights an issue very unique to us short ladies. The fact that you weigh 126 and your bmi identifies you as overweight. Don't even get me started...

My resolution is to not make any, lol! I do have a goal of finally making goal. I have a long way to go and 365 some odd days to get there.

Hi short chicks! I'm one too. My ULTIMATE goal would be to weigh 135 or less. But, my immediate goal to be 155. I was 155 two years ago and I felt and looked great! So if I can get there, I'd be soooooo happy! Then when I get to 155, if I want to keep going, then great...if not, that's great too.

Hi All!
I like this group. First of all it addresses a huge issue, which I don't talk about that much...but boy!..I AM SHORT. I am a little under 4' 11". And I weigh 165 lbs. It's a bit excess I guess.

I am not really new on 3FC, I give up very easily. Last year I tried to work with a support group which was very supportive. But I am not motivated enough I guess . I am just trying to work on my motivation.

Well i am 5'4" and weighed in today at 210.5 so i have a long way to go. My goal is to reach anything under 200 for a mini goal and and i would like to get to around 165 or 170 and go from there.

all the newbies - and the ones just joining our group!

Shay - good job staying on plan!

I've been sick since last THursday - and although I'm still eating on plan I haven't been able to work out since then. I feel weak. I diud manage to do about 10 mins of pilates yesterday, but that's all I could take. I'm home from work again today because of this... ugh. I just want to feel better!
