WI is on Monday, so I like to eat at the low end of my range the few days before. I don't want to go over 18, so have left my points at 17.5 today.

Had a run-in with the cookies today, but managed to stay within the allotted points. Anyway, want to see if eating like this will have a major affect on my weight loss. I guess that Monday's WI will tell the truth. LOL
