Thursday:

Breakfast:

Wheat Whole Grain toast
Coffee

Lunch:

Salad
Soup
Skim Mile

Dinner:

Chicken Breast
One Roll

8 glasses plus water, diet coke

Exercised 25 minutes cardio glider; upper and lower body workout

toast (2 sl. low fat, high fibre) 1 pt.
2 T. jam 2 pt.

Lunch:
Vegetable soup 0 pt.
apple 1 pt.
yogurt 4 pt.

Supper:
Hot beef sandwich 6.5 pt.

Water: 9 glasses

Total Points: 15.5 points

Didn't get home from work until after 9 pm and was tooooo tired to eat anything more.
