Welcome to the TW Food Diary "What I Ate Today" - a daily thread where we can write down what we eat daily for everyone to see. Posting what I eat daily seems to help me. I believe we could motivate ourselves while also helping others that want to eat healthier or lose a few pounds (or more).
I will start a new thread each week (and daily if I get any followers) and post what I eat (or plan to eat) daily good or bad! I hope you will join me - sometimes it helps to be more honest if others are watching.
