Default Food Journal (Thurs, 1/03 thru Wed, 1/09)

Anyone care to join me in journaling weekly again? I am going to be starting the 1st day on Thursday and ending on Wednesday of each week! So come on - journal with me - I find that if I write down what I eat, I do so much better! Remember - IF YOU BITE IT, WRITE IT!!!!!

Homemade Beef, Barley, Vegetable Soup (hummmm.....) LOL

Same as lunch

Lots of canalope
Had 8 plus glasses of water, and one diet coke

Healthly choice turkey breast slices....(2)

DINNER:

1/2 stuffed green pepper (they were huge, cut in half)
Milk

8 glasses plus water; one diet coke

worked out again today; cardio slider; 20 minutes (boy, that sure is hard!!!!, upper body with weights, tummy crunches.

Worked out again; cardio slider 20 minutes, sit ups, lots of leg exercises....
