Weighed in this morning at 219. I wanna see 218 really bad, but it seems to be stuck at 219! *sigh* I am really going to watch my diet today. Make sure there is no snacking going on, none of that poppin something in my mouth while I fix the kids plates. Just eat Lunch, Dinner...no snacking!
Exercise this morning was C25K workout, week 2. I really struggled today, more so then in awhile. My inner left leg was hurting and well my mind was just not in it today. I only did 2 miles and then did strength training. I worked out for 71 minutes.
Lunch today will be Subway. I gotta run into town to mail my ebay packages. Then come back and work on my room and watch my soap. The kids are doing their chores now as I type.
Since my legs were giving me such fits this morning, I am gonna take tomorrow off from run/ walking. Tomorrow is also my first day back at work.
Summer for me is over! I wish it was summer all year long! I love staying home with the kids. Workout tomorrow will be Denise Austin legs and core and butt and core and 20 minutes of Yoga, maybe a very short walk in the evening.
