Default 21 Days to Beat a Rut ... Day 3

Since I've found daily and/or meal planning threads and so on very encouraging let's try this. 21 days. Set you own parameters. I'm not even setting a goal. I just need to kick things up a bit. Stir up some enthusiasm.

There's no good reason for me to have an off plan day in 3 measly weeks. Is there?
Here's my general plan ...1400 cals of superfoods with 150 gms of protein (on average), some jogging in each daily walk and a four day weight lifting split with heavier weights.

Anybody in? It's only three weeks. Who knows what kind of new habits we can form!

And it doesn't matter if you're a day or 2 or 7 behind just find the thread for day 21
21 Days to Beat a Rut ... Day 21
and begin. There will always be a link to the next day, so that you can progress along with everyone else.

I haven't done my exercise, but I've been getting my water in. I'm finding myself craving comfort food (or maybe it's boredom food, or loneliness food, I'm not sure).

B: ½ English muffin w/peanut butter, coffee w/1% milk, 1 grapefruit
L: macaroni salad, cauliflower
D: restaurant dinner: split an appetizer and had a margarita. Probably still well over my calorie needs for that meal
S: 2 tortillas w/cheese

W: 64 oz

I had one evening (Tuesday, I think) when I ate a 70 calorie frozen fudge bar downstairs while watching a movie - but I did take it with me after dinner, as opposed to going up to get a 'snack' and bringing it back...

So - not 100% 'no snacking in front of the TV', but very close - and I honestly DO feel that I've broken that habit I hope so!

I'm in! I am still figuring out what will work for me. I count calories, eat a strictly vegetarian (vegan) whole foods diet, and am getting going at the YMCA today. That's what I know for now!

Shovel shovel shovel ... apparently that's my exercise for today. The fellow dug the post holes for our porch so I've got to make off with some dirt for flowers beds at the back.
Who knew an antique hosta would be sooo heavy? I had to get DS to help me lump it into the wheel barrow!

Well ... all that exercise didn't help much. Tired and stupid, I got into the ice cream last night
2200 cals with only 110 gms of protein.

Should have gone to bed earlier
