Default 21 Days to Beat a Rut ... Day 9

Since I've found daily and/or meal planning threads and so on very encouraging let's try this. 21 days. Set you own parameters. I'm not even setting a goal. I just need to kick things up a bit. Stir up some enthusiasm.

There's no good reason for me to have an off plan day in 3 measly weeks. Is there?
Here's my general plan ...1400 cals of superfoods with 150 gms of protein (on average), some jogging in each daily walk and a four day weight lifting split with heavier weights.

Anybody in? It's only three weeks. Who knows what kind of new habits we can form!

And it doesn't matter if you're a day or 2 or 7 behind just find the thread for day 21
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=111258
and begin. There will always be a link to the next day, so that you can progress along with everyone else.

Silly as it seems, I'm looking forward to tomorrow. It's then that fitday will give me my averages for the first 2 weeks of the challenge. I'm also looking forward to using the scale at work today.

Now about today ... I'm going to work.
My shake is ready, chocolate with whey protein.
Lunch is sardines, greens and ff cottage cheese.
I'm not going to lift today. I might do some abs later.
It'd be great if Dh wanted to go for a walk later too.

I discovered some trails not too far from our house, so I'm taking my son biking this morning/afternoon. He's a great motivator, because he holds me to my exercise ideas. He also suggests things like "why don't we bike to the video store instead of take the car?"

B: 1/2 sprouted-grain English muffin w/peanut butter, coffee w/1% milk, blackberries
L: 1/2 an egg-roll appetizer, 1/2 a scallop/vegetable stir-fry entree
D: the other half of the entree
S: 2 small sprouted-grain tortillas w/cheese, blackberries

And 64 oz of water

And I biked for about 13 miles! Yay.

As far as sticking to my plan, I'm OK with the egg rolls, but the late-night tortillas with cheese were definitely a binge-type choice. I could have made a healthier choice, although I also could have chosen something much worse.
