Hey all. Well, I have to restart my breakfast food challenge tomorrow, as I made a bad choice this morning. The only bright spot is that I did stop myself from eating all that was available, but . . .

Another negative is that work ran late the last two nights, so I am back to ignoring my pony again Oh well, part of it is training a new manager, so this too shall pass.

So, my challenges . . .
1) Daily posting - day 10, 2 pauses left
2) daily exercise with some sort of weight/stretch/core - day 9, 1 pause left
3) 2 servings per day each of fruits and veggies - day 10, 2 pauses left
4) Breakfast foods for breakfast - restarting 4/4/07

Take care all, and keep up the good work with your challenges.

Calories < 1600, level 3, no pauses taken, day 3
Food log daily - level 3, no pauses taken, day 3
Exercise - 1 hour or 10,000 steps per day, level 3, no pauses taken, day 3

Looks like everyone is doing well. I would really like to stay on program even though I'm going to be traveling to see family for Easter. All the good intentions just seem to fly out the window when traveling. Plus, I'll be able to eat candy again. That craving has finally reduced from thinking about it 50 times per day, now I only think about it 5 times per day!

Have a great day tomorrow.

Day 2 completed, ab work, 3 pauses left.
Day 2 completed, eat under 1600 calories, 3 pauses left.

I hear you on traveling Ashley. I will be heading to Florida on the 22nd and am hoping I stick to my plan. Hopefully the fact that I will be in a bathing suit the whole time will help!

Day 7 - Only 1 serving of my "favorite" snack per day - good - 2 pauses left
Day 8 - Only 1 serving of my "favorite" snack per day - pause - 1 pause left
Day 8 & 9 - intentional exercise every day - good - level 3

I was actually on here yesterday to post, but got interrupted by children and never made it back. Took another pause on my snack. I got in a hurry before hitting the ymca and needed something quick to grab. I know I could grab other things, I just have not figured out what would work for me.

I'll post more when I can. Got an appt this morning and am in a hurry!

I'd like to join you guys here. I need all the help I can get. I'm having problems with sticking to what I have planned food wise for the day. I'll have all my meals planned out, healthy meals, but then I decide I feel like a some bad fast food instead and I'll go with that and I throw away the rest of the day.

So my challenge will be sticking to my food plans for the next 21 days. It's a level 3 for me because I suck at sticking to my plans.

So here goes nothing!!

Day 1 (in progress) - sticking to my food plan/Level 3/3 pauses left

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Hmmm...I posted yesterday. I don't know what the heck happened to that post. Knowing me I probably forgot to hit "post", LOL. Anyway...I have to start over with pop and Slim-Fast. But so far so good with the Gardettos...

No pop...0 days completed...3 pauses left
Slim-Fast...0 days completed...1 pause left
Gardetto's...5 days completed...2 pauses left

Calories < 1600, level 3, no pauses taken, day 4

Eesabella - just the idea of staying in a bathing suit the whole time terrifies me! And would probably make all my family beg me to put on some more clothes!

Mnms - nice to see you back. Good for you - day 14 on two of your goals.

Red & DJ - looks like you're both very busy. Hope things slow down soon.

LaBonita - it really irritates me when I type a really long post and then hit the back button instead of posting. Just curious - what is your slimfast goal?

Rosario - Welcome to the challenges. Following a food plan for 21 days is a great goal.

Jolly - I continue to smile whenever I read your non-breakfast foods for breakfast posts. It makes me speculate wildly on what you're actually eating - liver, cauliflower, green beans wouldn't be too bad!

I'm leaving tomorrow to see my family and won't be back until Sunday night. I hope everyone has a blessed Easter and that we all have the will-power to stick with our challenges.

Hey all.

It was a day.. That's all I can say. It was a day. I am really struggling right now, but am trying to keep motivated.

Ashley, now I smile. Green beans are the only food on that list I would eat for ANY meal. Euw. And, lately it has been more leftovers for breakfast when pausing, but the list is long and food pornish, so, yeah, mmm, anyway.

I am going off to snuggle in bed. Winter decided to visit us again. Have a good one all, and welcome Rosario.

Ashley, jolly, everyone else! I've done the juice for Day 5. I'll be home late tonight. Hope I have enough energy and/or coordination to knock out the fifth day of crunches! Later all and good luck!

I just realized that I counted my Day 2 while I was still on Day 2 :-P. But it's cool because I did complete it successfully. I'm finding myself missing those extra calories! I'm not hungry, I just want to snack more at night. So the below 1600 part of my challenge is really helpful. Hopefully by the end this won't be a big deal.

Ashley - it looks like we are at similar places. Same height, almost same weight heading to almost the same weight :-P.

Ashley - my slim-fast goal is just to have one slim fast meal every day. I have a really hard time with being consistent, so that's why I picked that goal.

Screwed up with the pop again yesterday. I don't know how to go about giving up pop. Giving it up cold turkey just isn't working for me. any suggestions?

Gardetto's...6 days completed...2 pauses left (L2)
Slim-Fast...1 day completed...1 pause left (L1)
