Well I made it thru my first day back on track. I wrote everything that I ate down in my journal and counted my all my points today, so I'm proud of myself even if I didn't eat super healthy.
So I am allowed to use 28 daily points, and an addition 35 flex points however I choose to use during the week...
Okay here is what I ate today:
9:15am-- 8oz frozen dinner, Broccoli & alfrado sauce with noodles--7pts
9:30am-- garden veggie mix 1 cup--1pt
11:45am--another 8oz frozen dinner, Rigatoni broccoli & chicken--5pts
2:30pm-- 1 cup mashed red potatoes with fat free butter like spray--4pts
(I ended up going grocery shopping today because I had nothing to eat except for a few more frozen dinners.)
5:00pm-- rice crispy marshmallow treat--2pts
5:20pm--1/2 of a peanut butter crunch bar--2pts
5:25pm-- Campbell’s Healthy Low fat/low sodium, chunky soup--4pts
6:30pm-- 1 serve Pringles--4pts
6:50pm-- 1 mini 3 musketeer bar--2pts
Total points today: 28 daily points and 3 flex points
I might also have some fat free no butter popcorn (1pt) for a snack later tonight...so there goes another flex point...
Well tomorrow I definitely won't be wasting a bunch of points on frozen meals now that I went grocery shopping...
