Maintained weight this week.

BUT---I lost 5 inches!!!! (I measure 5 different places) AND some of my pants fit better.

I can post a 1lb loss from my last WIW low back on August 29th I've gotten lower, but for me, unless it falls on WIW, it doesn't make it on the board

I'm used to officially weighing in on Mondays. I'll try to remember Wednesdays.

So I'm the same as I was on Monday, but when I checked my notes, I was 171 when I started Sugar Busters on Sep 24. Now I'm 170.

I have lost 2 more inches!!!

As long as I can see some numbers going down, I'm a happy camper.

Good morning ladies!!!

Well first off I have to apologize I have been posting I started at 264 and it was actually 265 so sorry I did not notice it until yesterday evening and was looking a my weight lose journal. But anyway I'm down another lb since yesterday I love this walking everyday it is beginning to tone the lose skin! That makes my weight lose this week 2 lbs YES YES YES!!!!! Hope everyone has a great day!

Up one pound this week. TOM is here again, but probably for the last time EVER!!!! So this means I could have lost a couple in reality? Haven't walked for 8 days straight, but maybe I can start again later this week if my belly feels better. I would like to lose a few more pounds before surgery, especially since I'll be laid up for about 4-6 weeks.
