Mon- 45 minutes on Eliptical. One hour water aerobics
Tues. -walked 2 miles, swam 10 laps (20 minutes), 1 hour water aerobics class

Wed- 1 hour deep water aerobics, 15 minutes eliptical, 50 minutes Body Sculpt class
Um, yeah... Every muscle in my body is mad at me for it all..
