MAMA04930: Personally, I think Sugarbusters is the easiest diet I have ever done. It makes sense too! And now that I am a full blown diabetic, I find following it closely helps my blood sugar control. South Beach's second phase is a lot like Sugarbusters. We have a lot of recipes on here for Sugarbusters, and the group on here is very supportive and helpful. Several have lost a lot on the diet. Please feel free to jump in and ask questions and get to know us. We will welcome the opportunity to get to know you!

MANDI: Hey! Long time no see! It's nice to see you! You want to find bread that is 100% whole wheat, and preferably stone ground whole wheat, with less than 3 grams of sugar per serving. Cobblestone Mills makes one that is legal that I get at my Wal Mart. Sara Lee has one too, but check the sugar grams on it. I used to be able to get Nature's Own 100% whole wheat buns; I have not seen them around here lately but maybe they have them in your area.

Yeah, I haven't been doing so well on my eating but I'm getting back on the wagon this week.

I just came back from WalMart. I got the Nature's Own buns. The Sara Lee ones had 7g of sugar! Thanks!

If I want to make some bread tonight and don't have any agave, can I use sweet n low, splenda or something like that?
