I have some questions

First I read in a magazine a couple months ago that there was a new and improved South Beach Diet and was wondering did the doctor write a new book or has he revamped his diet online? I have the book written either in 2003 or 2005 and was wondering if its outdated. I don't want to buy more books and Im not a member of the South Beach website so I don't know how to find out this information. I have the South Beach book and recipe book and Good Carbs book, but got them a few years ago. If they have changed the diet then these are useless to me. Also I have a question about the induction or Phase 1. Do I have to do phase 1? Can I jump to Phase 2 because thats the phase that I will do for long term weight loss. Im just wondering. This is the Sugarbusters forum. I wish I could answer your questions, but I don't know about the South Beach diet. I do know the second phase is essentially the same as Sugarbusters. If you want, you can just do Sugarbusters, which is easy, and effective. And you don't have to do phases...nice and simple! And it works!
