Wednesday- 2 mile deluxe walk(aerobics, 30 min)..this is by Leslie Sansone, but not like her WATP. It's really aerobics, and the intensity is higher because you reach 2 miles by 25 minutes.

Thursday- 3 mile WATP

Friday- 3 mile WATP

Going ahead and listing tomorrow's AND Sunday...

Saturday- Walk n' Kick video
Sunday- 4 mile WATP
