Monday: Light upper body workout (trying to ease into it...)
30 minutes running on the slope in the pool- and the water is COLD!

Friday: I got in 10k steps...mostly shopping and lugging stuff for the conference.

SATURDAY: I have 11k steps already...this includes the catering job where you run back and forth for hours, and a one mile walk just now. It brought my bg down to normal! Woo hoo!
