Wednesday-Full body weights & 2 mi run
Thursday-Roller blade 4 miles
Friday-Full body weights & 30 min swim
Saturday-3 mile run
Sunday-Fun exercise with kids.
Was going to take the day off, figured it was WIW and since I weigh in before I walk, I said to myself, take off (plus I threw in the fact it was hump day)-but my alter ego told me that I felt good this morning, why take off, take off when you feel yucky!

Wednesday - total body workout with fitness ball (fb)
Thursday - rest
Friday - 2 mile run and ab workout with fb
Saturday - Ran 5.5 miles
