Sunday-walked 1 hr. approx. 4 miles yeah!
Monday- The Firm 1 hr weights (6th time with this tape!)

Back on track
Rolled out of bed at 5am and did 40 reps on my ab slider. Aaron will be here tonight, so I will get a good hour of martial arts in then.

Tues-Denise austin step tape w/abs and leg stuff
Wends-40 minute walk wish it was longer but its wensday hubbys day off

Still going...
Day 3 of my new exercise routine and it feels good.
Tues - abslide and 45 min Martial Arts work out
Wed - 15 min including abs
Thurs - 15 min including abs
