  • Monday
    Wow, I'm the first one here today. It's been a long long long time since I've posted in this area. I did 35 min on the TM!!! Hopefully doing this today will help me keep it up for the rest of the week.

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes lower body TBT.
  • almost 3 miles on the elliptical trainer
    strength training circuit
    It was fun, since it was a holiday I got to go with my sister and dad in the morning.

  • MONDAY
    Swam and did other water exercises for about 45 minutes
  • Tuesday
    WOOHOO!!! Another 35 min on the TM and I'm sweatin' like a pig

  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 27 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Tuesday:
    5 minutes eliptical
    upper body on weights & circuit
    30 minutes treadmill
  • Tues: 1.35 miles on treadmill while watching TV.
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Thursday
    Another 35 min on the TM!!!! I'm impressed with myself.
  • Thursday - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body on circuit and weights, and 25 minutes on treadmill.
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stetches, 28 minutes upper body TBT

    Way to go all of you movers and shakers!!
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes lower body TBT.

    That's it folks, done for the week!
