Unhappy Couldn't take the dogs out last night
But I did my stretching and weight training, plus I spent Sunday straightening up the basement and if that isn't exercise then I don't know what is! Walked the dogs twice on Saturday--wasn't going to take Goldie the Canine American Princess on the second one but she wanted to come along. She's 11 years old and has some medical problems, but her spirit is still willing!

Thursday- Walked on the treadmill this morning. Also walked at the campground yesterday evening...

Last evening--took dogs for a walk at nearby high school (walked around their 1/4 mile track).
