Sunday, June 30th - worked out one hour with weights....
Mon - July 1st - did weight training for 40 minutes, then rode the bike for 20 minutes - 5 miles at level Intermediate 10 (supposed to walk tonight, depending on weather); walked 1.5 miles with Gram and hound (gorgeous breezy evening)
Tues - July 2nd - 30 minutes on stationery bike - at Level Intermediate 15 - 10 miles - over 300 calories burned....
Wed - July 3 - Went and did an hour of weight training, 75 stomach crunches, and rode the bike for 10 minutes to cool down - tonight I am meeting my Gram at the gym and she and I will walk on the track for an hour - see if we can get in a good good walk tonight....
Got in 6.5 miles today, no great times as it's just too darned hot and I petered out quite quickly. Took me just under 1 hour 22 minutes to get the job done
Went to the gym and did an hour of weight training, then we had a scare - the alarm went off and we all had to leave the building. I go to the JCA - so the people were mentioning bombs and that freaked me out some - but it was only a kid pulling the fire alarm! Thank goodness, so went back in a little shook up - and got on the bike and rode for awhile..... that night I took Fluff for a walk - and Saturday went to Treaty Park in St. Augustine where I walked on the trails with the dog, and Zach rollerbladed - then we played - running around like fools - in the dog park with the hound..... I consider this some exercise hahaha - today hopefully will be able to stop in at the gym and ride the bike some more - do crunches all the time now - have lost over 2 inches in the waist!!! A total of 7 1/2 inches all over! Great!!!
