Did weight lifting and rode bike for an hour.....
In evening I took DS and Dog for a walk... not a long one because child took a tumble and banged up pride and elbow with the skateboard.
Despite it pouring rain this morning I waited and waited until it finally let up and out I went with umbrella (just in case) and did 6.5 miles in 1hr 16min 50 seconds
Today went to gym and walked for a few minutes - then bike opened up and rode for 31 minutes, 9 miles at Level 15 - counter said I burned over 300 calories.....
Walked 1.5 miles tonight - too buggy and humid for Gram - so cut it short....
At 12:00 went to gym and did the entire weight training circuit and had time to kill - so I did 100 crunches, some stretching, and then rode the bike for a cool down..... I feel so good and energized!
Gym (12:00) - rode on the bike for 30 minutes - gym was so busy I was kicked off the only bike available (not my normal bike I use) so I peddled 4 miles, 267 calories burned, 30 minutes, Easy Level....Crunched tummy muscles for 10 minutes - (75 crunches)
(9:00 pm) went out and walked 1.5 miles - wishing I could have walked further, but gram not up to it....did not want to leave her and go off on my own
I did 5 minutes on bike for warm up - 15 level - over a mile peddling.....
35 minutes weight training - focused on some big body parts - raised weights by 5 pounds and added 15 extra repetitions to the complete sets - 100 crunches - then 15 minute cool down on bike at Level 15 - over 4 miles - enjoyed every minute of it!!!
5 minutes on treadmill at 3.2 mph walk - waiting for bike to open up....
Yuchy Bike is free - Peddle at Level 10, Level 5 and Level 1 (hahaha -awful bike) for 25 minutes - get off wipe the sweat - rode just about 5 miles, 360 calories..... drank some water
Good Bike opens up - YEAH!!! - Ride at Level 15, 10 minutes -
Total bike ride was 8 miles.... feel so good!!!!!!
