hello all!!!
I just started the Lifestyles program and basically its a LOW GI based eating plan where you cut out ALL sugars that aren't natural...along with many other foods I stay away from. IT REALLY hard for me at first because I LOVE soda but once I saw my results from week 1 I was so motivated to keep going. I keep telling myself "I'll let me have a soda for my birthday." We'll see! Who knows, I might just love this whole water and lemon thing... I made a blog (below) to chart my progress and share foods i make and what not... it keeps me on task. I'm excited that there is a tab on this forum for us to talk and share experiences. good luck to everyone!
