Okay I sound like a wimp, but I've decided to do BFL exercise but not the eating 6 tiny meals a day.

Reason? Because after months of making mainly separate meals for myself on the Zone, I was so thrilled to be able to cook for all 6 of us on SB. The BFL eating guidelines exclude a LOT of stuff, IMO, and I feel that I now know enough about what works for my body (moderate to low carbs, esp re:grains) to try it on my own. Perhaps I would get more spectacular results sticking strictly to the BFL eating, but there's tradeoffs everywhere in life.

Had a good UBWO yesterday and am a bit sore today. This morning I'll do 20 minute cardio interval on the elliptical.

Default Tuesday

Walked 3 miles with some jogs, then heavy metal time for chest and back. Worked with a trainer and tomorrow I'll be so sore I won't be able to dress myself!

Default Wednesday

I walked 3.25 miles with Ricky today. Did it in 42 minutes. I could have done much more, but it was dark and I couldn't risk getting caught in the dark under the trees.

On Friday, hopefully, I'll be walking with a buddy!!!

Default Wednesday

Did cardio this morning- 25 minutes of high intensity intervals on bike. It was raining here, so Cleo and I skipped our walk;she's not thrilled with me for that. Then to the gym after work for heavy meatl time- Lower body and abs. I think I might actually have some soon.

20 minute sprint on bike for cardio, then lifted for shoulders, biceps, triceps, and did abs. Not a stellar workout, but I did it.

Default Th/Fri

Th- did 20 min interval on precor; now I'm starting to understand how this can really work!

Fri- did UBWO and did pretty well. I'm used to machines and handling free weights is very different. My form could definitely use some improvement.
