Today we start. At least we stop being s in my house and get down to business tomorrow. I changed my hours to open at 10am from now on so I can eek in a half hour of some kind of exercise before my shower.

BIG Sabres game on today as they make a better use for Ralph Wilson stadium other than having the BILLS playing...check this out...
