hello everyone! i'm new to the board and started SB this week to break my weight-loss plateau.
I have been on a ealthy eating plan since mid-December and have been exercising since the first week of january
I just wanted to post that i was active on 22 out of the 28 days that we had in february.. i'm EXTREMELY proud of myself!

my exercise regime consists of cardio 3-5 times/week
-steady state is usually on the elliptical machine 50 minutes (including warmup and cooldown)l @ 75% or more of my max heart rate
-interval training is 1-2 times per week 32minutes (including warmup & cooldown)

and i do strength training in the form of a circuit 3 times/week

also i'll switch it up here and there and attend a yoga or kickboxing class

February was a hard month for me as i reached a plateau. but i kept going.. knowing that it's impossible for me to continue exercising (especially the cardio) and eating well and NOT lose eventually and here i am! losing again

All of my support and positive vibes to you guys out there trying to lose. Don't ever give up on yourself, even if you're getting impatient or it's not working... continue to move forward and make the best choices that you can!
