Went for a 30 minute mall walk this morning and then played three games of badminton.

Morning - Had 30 minute walk at the mall then went bowling for three games.

Yesterday - Walked at the mall in the a.m. for 40 minutes - 4 laps, and in the evening played three games badminton.

To-day - 40 minute walk at the mall and three games of bowling.

Sunday - 50 minute mall walk.

Saturday- Total Body Workout- OMG! I hadn't done that one in months and it showed. Thought I was going to die, I was shaking so much at the end that during the last set of push-ups, I did one or two and collapsed on the floor. I'm still a little sore today from that.

Sunday- skipped
Monday- 30 min Walk n Kick
Tuesday- Will try and do 3 mile WATP this evening.
