Talking just starting

I posted a couple of weeks ago when I was researching different plans. At that time I couldn't find the SB book. Now I have the book (bought it on ebay). I'm reading it and I like what I read. It sounds like a practical and healthy approach.

I have about 80 lbs to loose. I'm looking at this as a long range plan and a lifetime of healthy eating, not a quick fix.

I live in a small town and will have limited access to acceptable foods. I'd really appreciate it if any of you could provide me with brand names of foods that are allowed. For example, I thought I could have Dempsters Whole Grain bread. Well, perhaps not. My favorite kind is 12 grain. When I read the label, it contains 7.5 gr of sugar in 2 sliced. I'm particularly interested in breads, crackers etc.

Thanks in advance.

Nancy
