Talking I've lost 100 pounds! Oh my!
I can't believe it. I never thought that it would be possible to do, especially in such a short amount of time. So, here I am...I've lost 100 pounds in less than six months and I'm SHOCKED!! It is such a wonderful feeling though!
I just wanted to share it with you guys!!

ur results are awesome...i am sure u feel like a million bucks right now...

i agree with all the other replies u have received....we do wanna know...what kinda diet and exercise regimen u r on.....i am very very curious to know. i believe u r my new inspiration......lol

That depends on how she lost it. If it was due to either surgery or she did it through a diet and exercise plan considered healthy by her Dr, then I would say there is not a reason to be concerned.

I agree with HamSandwich So long as it was in a healthy manor, then that is fine! Many people lose 100 pounds within 9 or 10 months, perhaps she just did it in a similar manor!

Congrats! I'm so jealous. But, just make sure you keep an eye on your gallbladder. I once lost 90 pounds in five months and it caused trouble with its functioning. Happened to another friend of mine, as well, after a quick weight loss.

You must be on cloud nine!
