Me:

218, down 1 pound from last week.

And something of a milestone for me. I now have officially lost 40 pounds! That's just over 1/3 of the way I need to go. I'm pretty happy this week.

I was 130.6! Last week I was 133.4, but I think that was fluid retention. Congrats on your successes Annie, Lisette and PC!

219 - down one pound from last weight in.

On another (probably good note), I finally called in my knee / leg pain to my soon-to-be physicians office - intake appointment in next friday. BUT - the nurse freaked me out by having me rush to the hospital because she was afraid I have blood clots in my legs or deep vein thrombosis!

I almost messed myself I was so scared!

The dr on call examined me and has a preliminary diagnosis of bilateral patello-femoral syndrome with left leg achilles tendonitis - all of which means I will most likely have physical therapy, at most minor surgery and be ok!!!

I'm not sure how long it might take to return to normal - but as long as I don't have to worry about dying suddently - I don't mind having to take recovery slow anymore .

From 148.6 to 145.8

2.8 lbs - You can't even imagine how happy I am this morning. But, to be fair, I have really thick hair and a lot of it. Yesterday I had a pretty good chunck of it cut off. Seriously, that could account for half a pound or so. Makes no difference to me!

I'm at 211 today, down 2 pounds in the last week and down 11 pounds for the month of July! I'm thrilled.

I have lost 9.25 inches in the last 11 days.

That's a total of 19 inches since June 13.

Lost 3 pounds I'd gained plus another one for good luck. 7 pounds since June 16th.
