So, how did you do in the struggle this week? Everyone is welcome to participate in this general weigh in thread, whenever your official weigh in day is. Be accountable, and join in!

Me:

225 pounds, down 1.5 from last. First drop in two weeks. Yay, I didn't stall out this week again! While I understand that weight loss is not always a steady thing, I like everyone else, I think, hate it when the numbers don't behave like they ought to!

I'm at 145 this week, 1 lb down from my last official weigh-in. AND, at 145, I am no longer overweight according to BMI! Woohoo! Now I just need to get my BMI down to the middle range, and I will be just right!

Hi All You are all such an inspiration to me as I see the weght going away and the butterfles in you all come out. It's beauriful. My butterfly seems to have take in to hibernation. But hopefully I can one day bring her out. Right now my butterfly is in lher a shell. I weigh in at 200 lbs and hope to emerge from a butterfly chrysalis to a new me mentally, emtionally, and physically. Just a little down today and introspective I guess...

Well, I am new here so this is my first official weigh in with the group. I have been on a diet (this time for 1 year) and lost 36.5 and now I am stuck! That is why I have decided to give the group a try. I NEED SUPPORT! Boy do I ever! I have been so discouraged. My weight today, is 188.5 and my goal is 140! I have 48.5 pounds to go and it seems never ending. Well, I wish you all wonderful success this week.

I'm new around here as well but I figured, what better way to get to know folks than to post my weight for all to see! Ack! LOL

I'm down 2lbs from last week at 253.

I am so tired of that 5 :devil: I've been recycling for weeks(months actually) going up and down from 261 to 254 and I'm getting tired of it! :mad:

My current goal is to get to 249. A four would be nice and will bring me that much closer to 100 than to 300! ;)

Congratulations to those who lost! And :flow2: keep it up to those who stalled, it's just a matter of time before all your effort pays off!!

I've averaged 1500 calories per day, up from the 1200 I was on, and now I'm not losing anymore. Zero loss the last two weeks. :( I've been hovering between 134 and 137. And my mini goal was 130 by July 1st. Not gonna happen, me thinks.

Can I post a complete wrong number that I got when I weighed myself right after I exercised for three hours and was dehydrated just so I can feel better about myself? Or would that not work so well? :p
