It's been a few years of losing and maintaining. I just count calories and work out 30-90 minutes a day. I lost about 80 lbs the first year and stayed there for quite a while. Last year found my weight starting to creep back up, so I decided to finally buckle down and finish getting to goal

Currently maintaining 135-140
Mini-goal: Say bye bye to 300's
