I'm new to South Beach (I'm reading the book now). I've been trying to find recipes for fish chowder or soup. Does anyone happen to have any favorite recipes that would be compatible with the South Beach Diet?

I don't have any specific recipes but have made fish (and clam) chowders using zucchini instead of potatoes and adding other legal veggies such as green beans and red pepper cubes.
