Another newbie here! I have a potluck lunch on Thursday and have no idea what to take! I want it to be something substantial enough that it can be my lunch and 'normal' enough that others will eat it too. Any suggestions?
I always take a veggie platter & hummus for dip. You could also use ranch dressing if you don't like hummus. I've also made SB legal chili or vegetable soup. Assorted RF cheeses are another option.
