Hi, I'm sort of new to SB and just discovered that pinto beans are allowed on Phase I. I am surprised by this and am wondering what the limit per day is for pinto beans on Phase I? I know I should have posted this in the FAQ section but am not too sure if that gets checked very often. Thanks for reading.
There is no limit per day for legumes. However, they are calorie and carb dense and can cause digestive upsets so most of us start out with a third of a cup and then increase as tolerance developes.
