It's easier to fix one meal for all than separate ones... SBD is such a healthy way to approach food, that it is great for the whole family to adopt whole grains, fruits ,veggies ,lean meats and less starchy and sugary foods.. Perhaps you can begin by adding some of SBD favorite dishes to your family dinners..?
