Ladies, Ladies! I came on here looking for some GOOD news! I have been doing atkins since April and have lost 40 lbs as of Sept. I haven't been able to lose anything since and have thought about checking into SB to perhaps shake things up for me thinking that my body is just becoming to used to immune to Atkins or something like that.
Has anyone had experience with both and can make some recommendations?
Has everyone been pretty satisfied with their progress? I'd appreciate any input!
