Hello all! Well, I'm trying the beach for the first time and hoping this is the end of the line (last "lifestyle" change I have to make!). Hopefully you all can make sure I'm on the right track!
9:30: 3 egg whites with 1/2 avocado, 1 cup instant coffee mixed with ice, 1/2 cup light chocolate soy milk (1.5 grams of fat), 2 tbl f/f cool whip
12:00 2 cups shrimp sauteed with Pam and garlic, cajun seasoning, mixed veggies (all on plan except a few carrots =( ) and 1/2 tbl low sodium soy sauce
1 cup light chocolate soy milk
3:00 2 eggs, 2 bl light mayo
6:00 grilled talipia, shrimp, onions, tomatoes, salsa, 1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup light chocolate soy milk, 2 no sugar added fudgecicles
