Hi everyone.. I am new to this site but have done SBD in the past.
I am excited to be doing this again.. the last time I lost about 20 lbs and have only gained back about 3. The first 20 totally changed the way I look and has altered the way I eat for the most part.
HOwever, I recently quit smoking
and with that I felt the need to reward myself with chips and chocolate although the scale isn't changing if I continue it will and then that would suck. I quit smoking to be healthier, so this is phase two... well phase one.. haha..
I hope that they make a second few groups in the Biggest Looser challenge in the Exersize forum as that would really motivate me.
