Hi,
I have been visitng my sister since the middle of the month and have not had much access to a computer nor time to spend on it
My goal for September was five pounds, which now I realize was not realistic since I was just going into phase 2 after a nice weight loss during the two weeks of phase 1. I am finding though that I really cannot lose weight by adding too many foods allowed in phase 2. I pretty much have to stick to phase 1. I lost three pounds this month though so I am feeling great about that.
