Ruth: I love my animals as well. Its just habit that you talk about them no matter what.
RMT: I wish it would stop being so overcast/rainy here in VA as well. It's so hard to wake up in the morning considering I have black curtains on top of the sunshine not peeking through. I think it might clear up this week though.
Jessie: So glad to know that I'm not the only one addicted to Rachel Ray. She has so many good ideas.... I just love trying them. I had the Creamy Mushroom Basalmic Chicken a week ago (before I started SB) and it was soooo good. You should try it.
Sarah: So sorry to hear about your parents. Even though I've never experienced something like that before, I hope they make the best effort to at least be friends
Well well.... Where do I start? It's the second day of my SB diet and I'm feeling pretty good. I got on the scale this morning and had lost a pound. One small step for me, one giant leap towards weight loss. I'm such a nervous wreck about this wedding. I'm planning a lot on my own and I want to get everything done in the span of 2 weeks. Even though I know that will never happen.
Before I found this site I was using Nutridiary.com because I saw all the ways it tracks your meals. I never thought about breaking it down into every detail. I've heard rumors the site will be closing, either way, I still like to see the pattern of what I'm eating daily.
I can feel it already that stress will be my biggest obstacle for this diet. On top of wedding planning I'm debating changing jobs and looking at finances now that Daniel is talking about get a house. Recently he got sick and we found out he has diverticulosus (nasty intestinal disease.) So its really becoming one on top of another.
Hopefully my art and wanting to lose weight will pull me through. Art has been good to me for the past few years. if you want to check it out, I have a page at
