Well, after one week on phase 2, I am up 1.5 lbs. I was fine mid week but too many dinner parties. I was careful but probably had too much wine. One evening, I even had couscous, wine and a tiny traditional dessert. I think that was the one! I should have known something was afoot when my cravings started creeping back. I feel so fortunate though to catch it early. It is back to Phase 1 for me and writing everything down again in FitDay. When I was losing well, I stopped recording but I think it is an excellent tool to get me back on track.
