Bell peppers?

I'm starting SBD tomorrow (ACK!) and compiling my grocery list as we speak (type).

I might be having an airhead moment, but I didn't see bell peppers on either the good or no-no's list for phase one. Are they allowed??? I hope so.....

Oh, and one more question, last one for the night, promise ;)..... is SF cool whip allowed in phase one (or ever for that matter??)

Yes bell peppers are allowed and cool whip, I had the book. Phase one is tough! So good luck!
