10 days into phase 1 I got sick - nothing to do with SBD! Sick to my stomach with some bug, and in the recovery hours I ate crackers. I was just going to have broth but I was HUNGRY and couldn't face veggies or dairy. So crackers, and a lot of them.
What do I do now? Start phase 1 over? Move on to phase 2 next week as scheduled? I'm doing ok so far this morning.
The important thing when you are sick is to eat and it sounds like you did fine. This is my personal opinion and I'm sure others will give theirs but I think that if you are not having any cravings, you should finish phase 1 and then go on to phase 2 as scheduled. If you do find that you have cravings then extend phase 1 until the cravings go away.
